What is the difference between a single cell organism and a multi cell organism?

Can you Define a cell and the difference between a single cell and multicellular organism. What 2 kingdoms are prokaryotic? Anyone know? What is the difference between a single cell organism and a multi cell organism?
A single cell organism is classified as Prokaryotic.

A multi-cellular organism is classified as Eukaryotic.

Prokatyotic cells are bacteria(s).

Eukaryotic cells are different from Prokaryotic cells because they have a Nucleus, whereas the Prokaryotic don't.

:)What is the difference between a single cell organism and a multi cell organism?
A cell is the basic unit of life. A single cell is probably prokaryotic (bacteria) and is much simpler than multicellular ones. Multicellular organisms are usually eukaryotic (more complex). There is only one prokaryotic kingdom and that is Kingdom Bacteria. What is the difference between a single cell organism and a multi cell organism?
A single celled organism only has one cell and a multi cell organism has more than one. =]
